Supporting Children. Empowering Families.
A Better Tomorrow Community Care provides compassionate, community-based support for children and families through Wisconsin's Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) program.
How We Help
We offer a range of services designed to support children in building independence and help families thrive.
Respite Care
Temporary relief for family caregivers — giving parents and guardians a needed break while their child receives attentive, caring support in a safe environment.
Daily Living Skills Training
We work alongside children to practice everyday routines — from personal care to household tasks — building confidence and independence one step at a time.
Transportation
Reliable, safe transportation to help children access community activities, appointments, and programs that support their growth and participation.
Who We Serve
Supporting Family Caregivers
Caring for a child with complex needs is a labor of love — and it can be exhausting. We partner with families in Milwaukee and surrounding communities to provide the relief and support that makes sustainable caregiving possible.
Helping Children Thrive
Every child deserves the chance to participate fully in their community. We help children practice daily routines, build independence, and engage with the world around them — at their own pace, with compassionate guidance.

A Team You Can Trust
Our staff bring more than compassion — they bring credentials. We hold ourselves to a high standard so families can feel confident in the care their child receives.
CBRF Certified
All of our staff hold Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) certification, meeting Wisconsin's rigorous training standards for working with individuals who have complex needs.
Community Health Worker Training
We actively encourage and support our staff to become certified Community Health Workers (CHWs). This training deepens their ability to connect families with community resources and provide holistic, whole-person support.
Ongoing Professional Development
Learning doesn't stop at certification. Our team participates in continuous training to stay current with best practices in child development, disability support, and family-centered care.
When you work with A Better Tomorrow Community Care, you're working with professionals who are invested in your child's growth — and in their own.
We Take Care of Our Team
We believe that staff who feel valued deliver better care. That's why we offer monthly incentives to show our appreciation for the hard work our team puts in every day.
- Household products
- Monthly food boxes
These are just some of the ways we invest in the people who make our mission possible.
